DaySpring had its beginnings in the early 1990′s as a seed congregation for the Presbyterian Church in Canada. After worshipping in Masonville Mall and the Scout Hall, they were thrilled to move into their new building on Phillbrook Drive in 1999.
Recently, the congregation of DaySpring has re-focused its energy and commitment to be a congregation that truly reaches out into the community. In October, we welcomed Joanne MacPherson to our staff, as DaySpring’s Community Outreach worker. Joanne is a dynamic and enthusiastic supporter of children and youth who is a Godsend to the DaySpring community.
Each month, we participate in meaningful and relevant worship focuses on themes like “How to pass along the faith” and “Welcoming the Stranger’. We are a little church with a big future. We invite you to be a part of this mustard seed community church.
